Try a Week of Extreme Nice.
www.happiness-project.com I decided to give my husband a secret treat: a week of Extreme Nice.
My last week of Extreme Nice was back in February, as part of the month of “Sing in the morning,” which focused on marriage and parenthood. I didn’t tell my husband he was getting the Extreme-Nice treatment, and I don’t think he realized it—except probably to be pleasantly surprised or relieved at several points.
What is “Extreme Nice”? It’s an extreme sport like bungee jumping or skydiving—pushing the envelope, exerting myself beyond my ordinary efforts, finding new depths in myself to meet the hardest challenges. And I can do it in my own home.
So this week I intend to be utterly nice. No criticism. No pestering. No bickering. Jumping up to do whatever he asks me to do, responding enthusiastically to his every suggestion.
Extreme Nice was a great exercise when I did it in February. It’s not sustainable for the long term, but by doing it for one week, I reminded myself of a different standard of behavior. I want to maintain very high expectations for myself—it’s not right that I should take more care with my friends or my parents than with my husband, the love of my life.
We wouldn’t be able to live together forever without a disagreement, but I should be able to go more than a week without nagging.

Healthy And Highly Recommended Well Being Builders
If you are feeling a bit down, there are a few things you can try to lift your spirits and cheer yourself up.
The key thing to remember is that only you can make yourself happier. It is your own negative thoughts that are making you unhappy, so get rid of them and replace them with thoughts that are positive and optimistic.
It’s a well known fact that a smile is extremely therapeutic and really raises your spirits. It also reduces your stress levels and can even give your immune system a boost. Making someone else happier will have a knock on effect and you will feel better too.
Go out for a walk. You will burn calories as well as regulating your blood sugar, increase your circulation and give you a general feeling of well being. Those who suffer from PMS will benefit from walking too.
Have a good hard look at your diet; can you honestly say that you eat enough fresh vegetables and fruit? Not many of us can, so it’s time to correct that. When you think that they also offer protection against certain types of cancer, chronic diseases and strokes, why don’t we eat more?
Picking up a book or magazine has a lot more benefits than merely a way to pass the time. You will learn to concentrate, improve your memory and you will also learn something.
We all need our friends; so don’t make the mistake of cutting them out of your life when you need the most. Give them a ring for a chat and get some things of your chest, talking is great therapy.
Apart from your friends, there are two other people you should make an effort to spend time with. An older person in their 70’s will give you a valuable insight into a lot of things and a few hours with a young child will put everything into perspective.
Make the effort to play some games. These are very relaxing and can also help you to develop new skills and increase your vocabulary. Games online also encourage socializing.
This is a cliche, but life really is what you make it. When you thing about it, we are only on this earth a short time so need to make the most of every day that we are here. Stay positive and make a difference to yourself and others around you.

You Are What You Eat.
You are what you eat. I’ve heard that from countless health professionals and even my own mother. Do you believe that or not? These words exist in every culture but what do they mean?
As I trained to be a raw chef I came to understand that food either supports you or takes away your life. In ancient texts food was referred to as one path to enlightenment. Depending on what you ate, you were either supported energetically or not. When we arrive on the planet we have a very high vibration. We are innocent in the fact that we haven’t been exposed to environmental or emotional toxins yet. Think about a baby and you’ll see what I mean. As time passes, our environment lowers that vibration.
The food we eat is one part of that environment. There are high vibration foods and low vibration foods. High vibration foods support us and low vibration foods basically kills us.
Foods such as organic fruits, vegetables and sprouted grains have high vibrations. Because our cells are alive we need these live foods to energize and sustain us. They provide living nutrition to us. Our body has about 35 years of natural enzyme production. If you’re wondering why that’s important, it’s because we need enzymes to assist in digesting and absorbing foods. They are the life force or energy of foods. If you eat mostly cooked, processed or high sugar foods you will not receive the life force that you need. You will also not receive the enzymes to break down the nutrition. Your body will start to pillage enzymes from your organs causing burn out, illness and disease. Your vibration will drop.
Your bodies only concern becomes survival. You may feel weak, have low energy, brain fog, become ill. Many illnesses are connected to processed foods and sugar, which are lower vibrations.
Coming back to the phrase, you are what you eat. Depending on what you ingest, your energy level (vibration) is high or low. If you eat livings foods, you’re more alive. If you eat mostly dead foods, your vibration might be very low. Food for thought .

Hints For A Successful Renovation Project
Renovation project more often than not involves years of saving and planning. It is vital that you as the homeowner will allot some time in discovering the tips that will guarantee that your dream renovation project will go smoothly. According to Gary Nealon of AERO Construction, the following is a list of points you can try on when you are planning for your home renovation.
1. Build a good communication with the remodeler. With an effective communication right from the start, you can be certain that troubles will be reduced. Be very keen on the character of your remodeler. Notice if he or she returns your calls quickly, gives attentions to your suggestions, and replies to your queries precisely. A good contractor must be approachable. This will ensure that both of you can manage problems together when they arise.
2. Choose a contractor that has already built a good track record. Make sure that you have a confidence in him. Working with somebody you are comfortable with makes a big difference.
3. Make a definite schedule for the project. With a properly laid out schedule, you will be able to track down the progress of the project, whether it is still on time or delayed. Contingency plans can also be properly place into position with clear time line.
4. Require that everything that was agreed on be written. This will make things clear both for you and the contractor. By putting everything in a written proposal, you can check that your understanding and expectations match up with your contractor.
5. Be very mindful of the small particulars. Make sure that you have clearly set things before the actual work begins.
6. Be flexible. As with most projects, you cannot exactly see things unless the actual work is being done. Put margins in your plans and expect that there will be interruptions as the work is advancing.
7. You must have a change management plan. You need to talk over with your contractor how both of you will handle changes that you may wish to apply such as putting your personal touches on the project. This must also be put into writing. This is very important, as any modification you may need to apply can make an impact with the budget and the schedule of the project.
8. Make sure that the contract addresses everything about the project. The contract must include factors like: timetable for the project, the cost and payment schedule, specifications for all products and materials, permit information, change management rules, and details such as access to your home, care for the home, clean up and trash removal.
9. Make sure that you get a Lien Waiver from your contractor when the work is finished. This form states that your payment obligations with your contractor are over.

Review Schwinn Crest Urban Womens Hybrid Bike
I have been riding Schwinn Crest Urban for a couple of weeks now and absolutely like the way the bicycle handle. This bike is a fantastic combination of characteristics. It has adaptable handlebars allow for a more or less upright riding pose, shock absorbers on the front wheel and under the seat, super comfy seat; plastic guard protects trousers from getting caught in the chains. The components all seem to be of super high quality for a bicycle priced in this range.
I’ve been riding my new bicycle to work every day through the city, where I meet all sorts of conditions; the bicycle gets me through them all pretty good. Cycling up hills has never been easier and I don’t even have to stand. The brake system is very reliable and smooth. Schwinn Crest Urban is an impressive nice bicycle.I am really happy with this buy.
It took me no more than 30 min put it together. Very easy assemblage. Almost everything is flexible for comfort. Overall assemblage wasn’t hard…it took 30 minutes. Didn’t even have to read the instruction…well packaged. Allen wrench is all you want.It would have been nice if Schwinn had included a couple of allen wrenches.
The bike has rear fender rack which I really like. Also it has fenders both front and back. The handle bar shifters work really good. This is a super bike at a really good price. It is a little bigger/heavier than my last bike, but it’s solid for getting to work and for working out on my trainer at home.
Schwinn Crest Urban bike has met all my expectations and it’s a great bike to ride. The package was good and there was no damage. Very easy to put together. Schwinn has great customer service as there was some issue with the front wheel and they send a replacement for it through FedEx in a day!
