Green camping is about getting close to nature, and leaving it the way you found it.
To complete this How-To you will need:
A campground
Trash disposal containers
Reusable dishes and towels
A bucket
Biodegradable soap
Local firewood (optional)
Warning: Exercise caution with fires. The only safe way to extinguish a campfire is with water.
Step 1: Camp close to home
Choose a camp site close to home. This reduces gasoline consumption and automobile emissions associated with getting there.
Step 2: Camp in a campground
Set up your camp in a designated camping area. By staying within a designated camping area, your visit will leave a smaller footprint.
Tip: Purchase local firewood. You stand a greater chance of introducing pests that are non-native to the area if you carry wood in from another location.
Step 3: Don’t disturb plants and animals
Observe but don’t disturb local plant and animal life. Don’t feed local wildlife because it may it may interfere with their natural foraging instincts.
Step 4: Properly dispose of all waste
Leave the campsite in the same condition it was in when you arrived. If the campground does not have recycling bins, take the trash home and recycle it there.
Step 5: Bring reusable dishes and towels
Bring reusable dishes and cloth towels. Do not plan on burning paper plates and towels in the campfire because they contain chemicals that may harm the environment.
Step 6: Use biodegradable soap
Bring a bucket and biodegradable soap for washing dishes.

Healthy And Highly Recommended Well Being Builders
If you are feeling a bit down, there are a few things you can try to lift your spirits and cheer yourself up.
The key thing to remember is that only you can make yourself happier. It is your own negative thoughts that are making you unhappy, so get rid of them and replace them with thoughts that are positive and optimistic.
It’s a well known fact that a smile is extremely therapeutic and really raises your spirits. It also reduces your stress levels and can even give your immune system a boost. Making someone else happier will have a knock on effect and you will feel better too.
Go out for a walk. You will burn calories as well as regulating your blood sugar, increase your circulation and give you a general feeling of well being. Those who suffer from PMS will benefit from walking too.
Have a good hard look at your diet; can you honestly say that you eat enough fresh vegetables and fruit? Not many of us can, so it’s time to correct that. When you think that they also offer protection against certain types of cancer, chronic diseases and strokes, why don’t we eat more?
Picking up a book or magazine has a lot more benefits than merely a way to pass the time. You will learn to concentrate, improve your memory and you will also learn something.
We all need our friends; so don’t make the mistake of cutting them out of your life when you need the most. Give them a ring for a chat and get some things of your chest, talking is great therapy.
Apart from your friends, there are two other people you should make an effort to spend time with. An older person in their 70’s will give you a valuable insight into a lot of things and a few hours with a young child will put everything into perspective.
Make the effort to play some games. These are very relaxing and can also help you to develop new skills and increase your vocabulary. Games online also encourage socializing.
This is a cliche, but life really is what you make it. When you thing about it, we are only on this earth a short time so need to make the most of every day that we are here. Stay positive and make a difference to yourself and others around you.

History of the Game of Rugby
When it comes to the learning more about the history of the game of Rugby there are many stories told of how it originated. But one story that will be repeated by those who play or enjoy watching the game revolves a young lad named William Webb Ellis. This young boy was attending Rugby School and on one particular day when playing football chose to ignore the rules of this game and decided to run with the balls held in his hands.
Nevertheless, there is plenty of evidence around that offers proof that before Webb Ellis other people were choosing to run with rather than kick a ball. In fact the evidence found clearly shows that for hundreds of years before sports were played by people where the ball was carried rather than kicked.
There may be a little or a lot of truth with regards to Webb Ellis being majorly involved in the history of the game of Rugby. But plenty of historians feel that the kind of football that the students of Rugby School were playing was something that was very similar to the kind of Rugby we play today. In fact many historians are still debating if Ellis was actually the creator of this sport or not and some feel that the game developed through changes in the kind of football the students were already playing at the school.
If you were to ask the members of the English Rugby Union what sort of football was played while Ellis was the same as the football we know in the UK today and which we are fond of they would say not. What they will say is that the sport played at the time Ellis was a student would have been a combination of both Rugby and football including the rules of these games.
The first thing that you will notice when it comes to learning more about the history of this game that when it was being played by Ellis and other students at Rugby School there was an opportunity to handle the ball. However they were only allowed to handle it when it was in the air rather than being able to run with it as the modern game allows. Then once they had caught the ball all players were required to stand still and the player with the ball could then choose either to kick the ball to another part of the pitch or to try to score a goal by placing it on the ground and kicking it.
When it comes to the history of the game of Rugby another thing one should take into consideration is when Ellis was attending public school the students would often devise their own rules for each game of football they played. The reason for this was at the time not many referees were available and so of course the opportunity to decide to pick up and run with the ball rather than kick it when Webb Ellis was involved in a game could have been something someone chose to do.
When it comes to the history of the game of Rugby there is one thing that many feel we can be certain of in relation to how it all started and that is that it did not actually develop from the modern game of football. There are a great many historians who feel that this sport has developed in its own right from another one but alongside football.

Rehabilitation Engineering
Rehabilitation engineering is the systematic application of engineering sciences to design, develop, adapt, test, evaluate, apply, and distribute technological solutions to problems confronted by individuals with disabilities. Functional areas addressed through rehabilitation engineering may include mobility, communications, hearing, vision, and cognition, and activities associated with employment, independent living, education, and integration into the community.
While some rehabilitation engineers have master’s degrees in rehabilitation engineering, usually a sub specialty of Biomedical engineering, most rehabilitation engineers have undergraduate or graduate degrees in biomedical engineering, mechanical engineering, or electrical engineering. A Portuguese university provides an undergraduate degree in Accessibility and Rehabilitation Engineering. Qualification to become a Rehab’ Engineer in the UK is possible via a University BSc Honors Degree course.
The rehabilitation process for people with disabilities often entails the design of assisted devices such as walking aids intended to promote inclusion of their users into the mainstream of society, commerce, and recreation.
The Rehabilitation Engineering and Assisted Technology Society of North America, whose mission is to “improve the potential of people with disabilities to achieve their goals through the use of technology”, is one of the main professional society for rehabilitation engineers.
Rehabilitation Engineering Research Centers conduct research in the rehabilitation engineering, each focusing on one general area or aspect of disability. For example, the Smith-Kettlewell Eye Research Institute conducts research for the blind and visually impaired. Many of the Veterans Administration Rehabilitation Research & Development Centers conduct rehabilitation engineering research.
Within the National Health Service Rehabilitation Engineers (REs) are commonly involved with assessment and provision of wheelchairs and seating to promote good posture and independent mobility. This includes electrically powered wheelchairs, active user (lightweight) manual wheelchairs, and in more advanced clinics this may include assessments for specialist wheelchair control systems and/or bespoke seating solutions. Professional registration of NHS Rehab’ Engineers is with the Institute of Physics and Engineering in Medicine (IPEM).
The U.S. Rehabilitation Act of 1973 prohibits discrimination on the basis of disability in programs conducted by Federal agencies, in programs receiving Federal financial assistance, in Federal employment, and in the employment practices of Federal contractors. The standards for determining employment discrimination under the Rehabilitation Act are the same as those used in title I of the Americans with Disabilities Act.
This is not a new form of engineering. All the age old engineering branches are somehow related to rehabilitation engineering. It’s just that in the past few years the work on it has really escalated. With more people knowing and working on it, it is good news not just from the social aspect but also from the aspects of a needy person.
